We want you to love your Peppermayo outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer a 30-day return period for store credit on full-priced items. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the products.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit voucher to use on your next haul.
